For half a century, we have supported the very foundations of "urban development" from conceptual planning, master planning, basic design, and detailed design to comprehensive surveying, development permitting, and environmental planning. In addition, we handle all aspects of land registration, including subdivision, consolidation, and land-use category changes, continuing to underpin the creation of new communities.

Across not only Southeast Asia and Cambodia, but the world as a whole, extreme rainfall caused by climate change is becoming increasingly frequent. Floods of "unprecedented scale" have become a major global challenge. We provide design and consulting for urban development that is resilient to water-related damage.

We believe Cambodia is a country that will demonstrate "the future of urban development" to the world. In already established cities, it is often difficult to implement new technologies and values. Therefore, we aim to be involved from the stage of creating the "frameworks" that make such innovation possible.

It is no exaggeration to say that passing on a beautiful and safe Earth to the next generation is one of the greatest challenges of our time. To address this, we work alongside experts who continuously engage with the "forest" as a living ecosystem and confront the realities of climate change. Through our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), we are committed to urban development that integrates environmental conservation.
